Note from Tony…

Our October Auction went very well, with approximately 90% of the lots sold on the day and further sales of the unsold lots a day or so just after the auction.

Of particular note was a fine BC collection in 2 albums fetching £40,500 (estimated £25-£30,000), many good BC collections etc. With strong sections of Nigerias, Somaliland and Zanzibar all selling well. Most of the GB going for the estimated value or above.

We are already nearing completion for our February 2027 sale (22nd & 23rd) with plenty of good material from all areas already processed.

Viewing

Once the catalogue has come out, viewing is available at our offices Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm plus the Friday before the auction, by appointment. Viewing the week before the auction gets booked up quickly so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Buyers Premium

A Buyer’s Premium equivalent to 20.4% (inc. VAT) of the knock-down price will be added to all purchases.
